ZRL800 Collapsible box making machine

Collapsible box, also called foldable box or book type folding box, which can not only save storage, but also easy to be delivered, is kind of an efficient packaging box. This machine is independently developed by our company and is the first in the world. With the unique glue scraping process and the robot and camera positioning system, it can form a folding box at one time, which overturns the disadvantage of traditional packaging boxes that occupy a large space and perfectly solves the problems of low efficiency and complex process of traditional collapsible boxes.

Advantages:
1. The traditional collapsible box needs to make 2 wings. Each wing is composed of 3-5 irregular cardboards. There are many procedures and complicated processes which requires a lot of labor. It also requires a special assembly machine for assembling. The related equipment is expensive, occupies more space, and is inefficient. Our new collapsible box is made of white card paper with creasing lines and 4 or 2 pieces of cardboard, reducing the number of processes and labor. The folding inner box is formed at one time, which greatly improves the efficiency.

2. The technical content of the collapsible box of the present invention relates to the use of multiple reinforcing sheets to reinforce the strength of the front and rear walls and the multiple side walls, so that the collapsible box can maintain the structure while reducing the area required for cardboard preparation under the consideration of environmental protection. The structural stability can still be maintained.

3. The new collapsible box can not only protect the product, greatly reduce the transportation cost and storage space, but also bring out the grade of the product, so that the whole presents an exquisite visual effect without losing the advantages of a stable structure.

4. The gluing method of this structure is completely different from traditional paper boxes. Most traditional cardboard boxes use large-area gluing on paper. The paper is prone to mold and deterioration, and its surface is deformed and bent, which seriously affects the structure and environmental protection requirements. However, this new type of folding box uses a small amount of glue or scraping glue to complete the paper gluing, using international environmentally friendly hot melt glue, which not only ensures the reliability of the structure, but also perfectly solves the green theme.
