Product Description

KL1300BSD Automatic Cardboard cutter with collector
It is mainly used for cutting material like hardboard, industrial cardboard, grey cardboard, etc. It is necessary for production of hardcover books with advantage of high precision and high production efficiency.

Features:
1. Feeding unit:

1. It feeds cardboard automatically piece by piece from board pallet; greatly reduce manpower;
2. Board pallet can automatically rise;
3. The cardboard is lifted by the suckers and then conveyed by belt and roller to the fist slitter;
4. The double sheet separation device ensures smooth operation and reduces downtime;
5. The baffles on both sides can ensure the direction of cardboard conveying and prevent deviation.

2. Cutting unit

1. According to the setting distance of knives, the knife guide can automatically move to the position without measuring.
2. Adopt alloy round knives, durable which reduce the abrasion and improve the cutting efficiency
3. Concentrated lubrication system, easy to maintain.
4. Crusher cuts the edges waste and delivery them out of the machine by conveyor.
5. The safety cover is designed according to the CE standard which efficiently prevents the disoperation and ensures the personal safety.

3. Collection unit

1. The paper sorting device can arrange the cut cardboard neatly and orderly on the conveyor belt.
2. The automatic stacking device can stack the cardboard neatly and orderly on the pallet, and it can automatically rise/fall with the stacking height of the cardboard.
3. The stacking height and number of rows can be set according to the size of the cardboard.
4. After the pallet is received, the entire pallet can be removed from the door on the other side, saving handling time and labor
5. Friendly-designed all icons control panel, easy to understand and operate
