CM500 Automatic case maker
This machine adopts high-speed motion controller, which can realize automatic paper feeding and gluing, glue circulation, cardboard conveying, positioning correction, four sides edge folding, pressing and collecting. Among them, the three-point positioning system ensures the high-precision positioning of paper and paperboard, as well as the newly designed servo folding system, which can complete automatic size adjustment and realize multilateral irregular shape folding to meet the changing packaging needs of the current market. It is applicable to the production of premium packaging for electronic products, luxury goods, cosmetics, jewelry, tobacco and wine, board games, stationery and other industries, such as mobile phone boxes, perfume boxes, wine boxes, cigarette boxes, jewelry boxes, board games, folders, book cases, etc. The finished products are neat and beautiful without scratches and bubbles.

1. Automatically paper feeding: it adopts the mechanical type feeder, Max. stacking height 450mm.

3. Hot melting glue circulation system, tank Volume: 25L
4. Servo and sensor Positioning correction device adopts principle of three points positioning, ensuring perfect alignment of cardboard and paper.

7. Servo controlled folding ensures setting accuracy and shortens setting time.
8. Available to make irregular shape cases.
9. Available to laminate the inner paper.

12. Safety cover is designed according to the CE Standards, featuring in safety and humanity.
13. Optional: anti-scratch device for inner paper, round corner device, cold glue device, viscosity meter etc.
